We knew we were going to be taking a lot of vacation at the end of the year for our Antarctica trip, so we decided to stick to a 4 day weekend for our 6th anniversary.  Rather than backpacking at a national park we headed to the Natchez Trace to ride our tandem and check out the deep south.
